Brian P. Sylvester, Special Counsel and member of the Food & Beverage And Life Sciences industry teams co-authored a white paper on alternative proteins, published today by the Council for Agricultural Science and Technology. The peer-reviewed white paper, titled “Producing Food Products from Cultured Animal Tissues”, addresses cell cultivated meat – a topic which has captured global attention – and the technological and policy questions that must be tackled as stakeholders in this space seek to scale up and commercialize. The paper is available to download for free on the CAST website
