Partner Mike Okaty was quoted in an Orlando Business Journal article, “Winter Park biopharma firm Cytocom to go public through merger,” about a merger agreement between Winter Park-based Cytocom Inc. and Cleveland BioLabs Inc., two pharmaceutical companies focused on developing treatments that boost the body’s immune system.

While M&A activity dropped to nearly nothing during the early summer, it has slowly returned in August and September, he said, and is expected to continue growing through the remainder of 2020.
