Diane Hazel and Emily Weber Named to Denver Top Lawyers 2023 List in 5280 Magazine

Foley & Lardner LLP Partners Diane Hazel and Emily Weber are named to 5280 magazine’s 2023 list of Denver Top Lawyers, the publication’s annual compilation of the best attorneys in the region.

Hazel is a litigation partner and a member of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. Her practice focuses on government investigations, antitrust counseling and litigation, and other white collar, class action, and commercial litigation matters. She has worked on a wide range of merger matters and antitrust conduct issues, including market allocation, price fixing, group boycotts, reverse payments, product hopping, refusals to deal, bundling, exclusive dealing, tying, MFNs, and joint ventures. Hazel’s practice also includes matters in high-profile areas, with a particular focus on the technology, health care, and life sciences sectors.

Weber is the office managing partner of Foley’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and Health Care Industry Team. She is nationally sought out to represent hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, schools of medicine, physician groups, and health care technology companies. Weber focuses her practice on complex health care regulations and transactions, governance, fraud and abuse, health innovation, HIPAA, and data privacy matters.
