Overview

Avi Ginsberg is an intellectual property attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP based in the Boston office. He has substantial industry experience in cybersecurity and international business transactions. He focuses his practice on data privacy, cybersecurity and technology transactions.

Prior to law school, Avi was CEO/founder of an international country-code domain name (ccTLD) registrar company. He also served as the executive director of information technology for a New Jersey law firm and the chief operating officer of a legal trial simulation and focus group company.

Avi has over a decade of experience with web application design and programming, cybersecurity, databases, website exploit discovery/penetration testing, automation, bot development, software development and reverse engineering.

During law school, Avi operated a company which helped small businesses with product development, branding, internet marketing and outsourcing.
