Brandon King focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity restructurings, minority equity investments, and corporate governance matters.
Before joining Foley, Brandon represented numerous private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, leading multiple legal teams and managing intricate transactional workstreams at his previous firm.
Brandon is a member of our Transactions Practice Group and is based in our Salt Lake City office.
Representative Experience
- Represented 401GO, a fully-owned 401(k)-management platform, in its $33 million Series B funding round.
- Representing private equity funds in numerous acquisitions of SaaS platforms that provide a variety of services, including sales analytics, pre-sales outreach, and strategic marketing. *
- Representing private equity fund to acquire and organize several platforms for purposes of rolling up businesses in the niche spaces, including laser hair removal and beauty salons, wealth management and investment services and utilities contracting services. *
- Representing shipping logistics company in sales totaling approximately $2 billion for over 150 owned and leased real estate properties and rolling stock assets across nearly 50 discrete transactions. *
