Owen Miklos is an associate in the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising practice group. Based in the Milwaukee office, Owen counsels clients on domestic and international trademark, trade dress, and copyright law matters, including clearance, portfolio management, prosecution, licensing, risk management, defense, and enforcement.

Before joining Foley & Lardner, Owen served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. In that role, he engaged with academics and international thought leaders on legal topics across the spectrum of intellectual property. Before law school, Owen served as a state regional coordinator for the National Collegiate Club Golf Association, and he worked for a summer as an intern in the United States Congress.
