Owen Miklos is an associate in the Real Estate practice group. Owen focuses on representing clients in a wide range of transactions, including through acquisitions, consolidations, leasing, and financing. He brings a detail-oriented approach to every matter. In his role, Owen works closely with developers, investors, managers, agents, and corporate contacts to navigate complex real estate issues, maximize deal efficiencies, and achieve successful outcomes.
Before joining the Business Law department, Owen was a member of the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising team, in which role he counseled clients on a variety of complex domestic and international trademark prosecution, licensing, defense, and enforcement matters. Prior to joining Foley & Lardner, Owen served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. He was also a state regional coordinator for the National Collegiate Club Golf Association, and he worked for a summer as an intern in the United States Congress.
