Associate

Yesenia Soria works in our Transactions Practice Group where she assists clients in a range of corporate law and transactional matters. While in law school, she was a summer associate at Foley. Yesenia also served as a federal law clerk for the Honorable Judge James Wesley Hendrix in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas during the 2022–2023 court session. There, she managed a portion of the docket and coordinated with other employees and litigants to move cases forward. She also researched and drafted memos, orders, and opinions and assisted in preparing for trials, hearings, and conferences for a wide array of cases.
