Chloe Sykes is a business law associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice Group. Prior to joining Foley and throughout law school, Chloe was a Corporate Paralegal at an international law firm, where she drafted ancillary transactional documents, including resolutions, consents, certificates, notices, agreements, and Universal Commercial Code financing statements to facilitate the purchase and sale of renewable energy and renewable energy infrastructure. Chloe also served as a Summer Legal Analyst for Goldman Sachs, where she drafted and reviewed confidentiality agreements, joinders, investment management agreements, side letter agreements, and amendments to support multiple business areas on various investment transactions. In addition, she researched the SEC’s new Fund of Funds rule and proposed internal policy changes to ensure compliance by working with a cross-functional team of legal, compliance, and engineering.
