Marshall Wallace works in our Transactions Practice Group where he assists clients in a range of corporate law and transactional matters, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Foley & Lardner Marshall was a summer associate at Foley in the firm’s Transactions Practice Group. He also served as a law clerk in a Dallas-based commercial law firm, completing transactional research on oil and gas issues and assisting with real estate transactions. He also completed legal internships with general counsels of Dallas-based companies in the health care insurance and home security spaces.

He holds Thomson Reuters (Westlaw) Certifications in advanced legal research, transactional research, litigation research, and prepare to practice research.
