Samuel Robertson is an associate in the Business Law Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Samuel is based in the Madison office where he is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group.

Prior to joining Foley, Sam worked at a law firm in Madison, Wisconsin where he focused his practice on Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Business Succession Planning, and general business matters. He also has practiced in nonprofit, securities, and sports law.

Samuel has several years of experience in the financial industry. Previously, he has administered decedent’s probate estates and/or trusts, served as trustee of continuing irrevocable trusts, and conducted annual investment reviews with trust and wealth management clients and provided advice to help clients achieve their personal and financial goals.
