The Global Pharmaceutical Market – Challenges of Internationalizing

Foley is pleased to invite you to a roundtable discussion of the challenges and opportunities presented by the unprecedented growth of the global pharmaceutical market. This interactive session will be moderated by Foley Partners Stephen A. Bent, founder of the firm’s Life Sciences Industry Team, and Nathan Beaver. Stephen and Nathan also have invited to join the discussion a key player in the new China initiative launched by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Stephen has gained internationally recognized experience in intellectual property (IP) issues relating to biopharmaceuticals.

The roundtable moderators will lead a candid discussion of IP and regulatory topics of critical importance to Chinese companies, including:
