Schroeder Quoted on Opposition to NLRB Nominations

Partner Don Schroeder was quoted in a Law360 article, “Major NLRB Shift Is Ways Off Despite Republican Chair Nod,” discussing the anticipated opposition to President Trump’s nominations for the National Labor Relations Board.

Schroeder explained that he “would be shocked if the nominees for the NLRB face any strong opposition because even the ones that did at the cabinet level have been confirmed.” He continued, “I think it’ll take some time before they’re presented, because obviously the cabinet-level positions are still in process.”
