Foley’s Paul Strain, Leon Radomsky, Steve Rutt and Mark Mansour will all be participating in the NanoBusiness Alliance Conference in New York City, May 4th-7th.

Paul Strain and Leon Radomsky will be moderating the panel “Nano IP Strategy”, focusing on protecting intellectual property and several other important IP issues facing nanotechnology such as:

  • Nanotech Patent Landscape
  • International Patent And Trade Secret Strategy 
  • Building and Overcoming A Patent Thicket
  • Preparing For Investor IP Due Diligence
  • Update On Patent Reform Legislation and Rules 

Steve Rutt will be moderating the panel “Scientific Entrepreneurs: Defining Healthcare in the 21st Century”, which will focus on the role that nanotechnology will play in the upcoming years on the detection, drug delivery and targeting of cancer.

Radomsky will also be moderating “Advanced Materials: Scaling the Business to a Size that Matters”. This panel will discuss nanotechnology’s ability to revolutionize the automotive, aerospace, display and memory, construction and consumer goods industries.

Mark Mansour will be participating in the panel “Environmental, Health & Safety Discussion”. The panel will discuss the critical issues with the Environmental, Health & Safety going forward in the nanotech industry.
