Firm Also Recognized For IP Litigation And As Being Most Recommended By Clients

Foley announced today that the firm is ranked as a “Securities Litigation Standout” in a new report issued by the BTI Consulting Group, Inc. The report, BTI Litigation Outlook 2011: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms, also recognizes Foley as one of only 11 firms clients turn to first for IP Litigation and as one of the 24 firms most recommended by large corporate clients.

Rankings in the BTI Litigation Outlook 2011 report are based on candid feedback from over 300 general counsel, practice leaders and in-house litigation counsel, as well as executives at Fortune 100 companies.

This elite honor follows Foley’s recognition by BTI as the top firm on its 2010 BTI Client Service 30 list, which recognizes the 30 law firms delivering best-in-class client service. This is Foley's seventh year on the list and marks the first time the firm was recognized as the best firm in the country in delivering superior client service in the eyes of clients. Additionally, BTI recognizes Foley as having the most attorneys named 2010 BTI Client Service All-Stars. Attorneys receive this prestigious recognition as top providers of client services based solely on unprompted feedback from more than 240 general counsel at Fortune 1000 organizations.
