Foley Partner Michael Overly discussed how companies can potentially mitigate the risks inherent in storing their data remotely via cloud computing. He said that certain types of data that is subject to state or federal regulations may have specific security requirements, adding that companies can obtain detailed security information from their cloud providers to clarify how data is protected.
