Foley represented Teijin Limited in the acquisition of Continental Structural Plastics Holdings Corporation (CSP), a leading automotive composite supplier in North America, for $825 million. CSP will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Teijin. The acquisition will help Teijin further its global expansion as a tier 1 supplier and will establish the foundations of an automotive composite products business in North America.
Foley led all legal aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence, negotiations and drafting, antitrust filings and supervision of local counsel.
