Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal counsel to Learn on Demand Systems, a leading provider of virtual labs for technology training, on its investment from Shamrock Capital.
Though the investment, Learn on Demand Systems will expand its technology training offerings and further enhance its virtual labs platform. The Inc. 5000 company provides organizations of all sizes with cloud-based virtual learning environments to address a range of information technology needs across skills validation, education, sales enablement, and customer support
