15 December 2014 Publication
Authors: John K. Wilson
Historically, the proxy season for public companies ran from January through the spring, but it now has become a year-round concern. In a conversation with Mimesis Law’s Lee Pacchia, Foley Partner John Wilson explains how the rising influence of shareholder activists means that “no one is longer safe, and everyone needs to be thinking about activism.” Wilson also discusses what factors will continue to drive the uptick in M&A activity in 2015.
