Overview

Kyndle Bennett is an associate and corporate lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Kyndle is based in the firm’s Milwaukee office where he is a member of the Transactions Practice.

Kyndle has advised clients across a variety of sectors including physical security, healthcare, digital advertising technology, distribution and manufacturing on general corporate matters. Prior to joining Foley, Kyndle was a corporate associate at a large international law firm where he represented a variety of private equity sponsors and publicly held and privately owned companies in domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures and joint ventures.

While working on his undergraduate degree, Kyndle interned as a design engineer at Rexnord where he designed mechanical testing equipment used in material tensile test experiments and assisted in the development of a new method of testing life expectancy of aerospace bearings at sub-ambient temperatures. He also collaborated with a team of fellow undergraduate students in designing an overheating-prevention device for a manufacturer of small industrial engines used in landscaping applications.

  • Represented and assisted investment managers in the formation of open and closed-end funds across various industries, including oil and gas, real estate, cryptocurrency and technology.
  • Represented private equity sponsored and nationally renowned marketing services provider in its acquisition of a regional leader in the digital marketing services industry.
  • Represented private equity sponsored portfolio company in multiple acquisitions of HOA management services providers.
  • Represented a physician practice management company in multiple acquisitions of chronic venous insufficiency medical practices.
