Jacqueline Hayduk is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice.

Prior to joining Foley, Jacqueline served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Sexual Assault Team at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. Jacqueline has tried numerous felony jury trials in the Third Circuit Court.

Education

Jacqueline received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law (J.D., 2016) where she was a member of two of the Northwestern Bluhm Legal Clinics and was awarded a Jay A. Pritzker Fellowship.

Jacqueline received her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities from Michigan State University (B.A., with honors, 2012).
