Overview

Youn-Jae (“Ashley”) Lee is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Ashley is based in the firm’s New York office where she is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice. Ashley is admitted to practice only in California and is not admitted in New York.

Prior to joining Foley, Ashley was an associate at a global law firm in the corporate group. Ashley worked on various projects ranging from entity formations to venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. She also worked on a number of initial public offerings of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) representing both issuers and underwriters.

Ashley also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo of the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York, New York, NY. At Berkeley Law, she also served as a volunteer and leader of the East Bay Dreamers Project and the Berkeley Immigration Group.
