Senior Counsel


Sarah Null (formerly Endres) is a senior counsel and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions Practice and Food & Beverage Industry Team.


Sarah graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2012) where she served as an associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. During law school, Sarah participated in the Illinois Innocence Project and the Prisoners’ Rights Research Project. She completed a paralegal certificate with honors at Roosevelt University (2007) and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.S., 2006).


Sarah is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Foley represented Peninsula Funds in its purchase of Gateway Newstands.
Represented FirstMerit Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, in a $70 million revolving credit facility for a financial services company.
Served as principal counsel for the acquiror and coordinated the efforts of multijurisdictional team of lawyers in the acquisition and financing including counsel in Brazil, Spain, South Africa, Germany, Switzerland, Luxemborg and China.
