Overview
Libby Ridley routinely leads both buy-side and sell-side M&A deals for private companies. She is a trusted advisor whom clients regularly rely on to guide them through the M&A process, analyze risks and rewards, and provide sound business and legal advice.
Libby focuses her practice on complex mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance mattes across a range of sectors. She serves private equity funded clients, public companies, and privately held businesses in various industries such as manufacturing, information technology, financial services, consumer products, and beverage distribution, with a focus on the middle market.
Prior to attending law school, Libby worked as a financial analyst in the corporate and investment bank at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist) in Atlanta, Georgia.
