California is one of the largest markets in the world, so the consumer product warning requirements in the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (generally known as “Prop 65”) affect manufacturers, distributors and retailers worldwide. The regulations implementing Prop 65 were recently amended, and the changes will go into effect on August 30, 2018. In this webinar, we discuss these changes, and how they will impact manufacturers, distributors and retailers who knowingly, or unknowingly, sell their consumer products in the California market.
