Six Attorneys Ranked by Peers in Practice.
Foley announced today that six attorneys in its Detroit office have been named 2007 Michigan “Super Lawyers” by Law & Politics Media, Inc. In addition, partner Judy A. O’Neill has been named to the Top 100 and Top 50 Female Lists.
The Foley attorneys named and their primary practices, as classified by Law & Politics, are:
- Salvatore A. Barbatano, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights;
- Patrick D. Daugherty, securities and corporate finance;
- Steven H. Hilfinger, mergers and acquisitions;
- Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights;
- Judy A. O’Neill, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights; and
- Chris E. Rossman, health care.
To compile the list, Law & Politics surveyed more than 30,000 lawyers across the state, asking them to vote for the best lawyers they have personally observed conducting business. The final list features the top five percent of Michigan attorneys in more than 60 areas of practice. A special supplement was published in the September 23 issue of The New York Times and in Michigan Super Lawyers magazine.
