Foley Partner Stephen Maebius was quoted on stricter patent standards from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in an article titled, “They Call This Intellectual Property?” in the March 10, 2008 issue of Forbes. Maebius comments on the increase in patent rejections and how more work is involved in getting patents issued.
