Swanholt Discusses PREP Act’s Protections and Limitations

Partner Erik Swanholt appeared on the Legal Talk Today podcast, “PREP Act’s Liability Protections from COVID-19,” to talk about the PREP Act’s liability protections and limitations.

While the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) is supposed to protect those fighting COVID-19 from liability, Swanholt notes that it doesn’t protect everything all the time.
