Foley & Lardner LLP earned high marks on Law360’s 2022 Practice Footprint Ranking, ranking 24th on the publication’s national listing of do-it-all firms that have a demonstrable impact on a broad range of U.S. litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and registered offerings work.
Firms were ranked by their practice footprint score, which is based on their relative performance in four categories: geographic reach in litigation, litigation volume across 10 practice areas, completed public deal value, and completed offerings value.
