Overview
Talita Duarte is an associate attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the New York office, where she is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice.
Talita’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate counseling and venture capital financings. Talita represents a wide variety of emerging growth companies, including healthcare, life science, technology, financial services, outsourcing and healthcare industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital funds.
Prior to joining Foley, Talita worked as an associate in a top law firm in São Paulo and at the New York office of a global law firm. With over 11 years of experience, Talita’s practice focused on mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, project finance, corporate finance, structured transactions, debt restructuring and capital markets.
