Seap Bhardwaj brings experience supporting clients across diverse sectors and drafting a wide range of legal documents, including memoranda, supply agreements, disclosure schedules, and client correspondence. Most recently, she served as a summer associate at Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee, where she conducted legal research across various practice areas and contributed to transactional matters within the firm’s business law group.
Prior to that, Seap was a legislative intern in the Office of a U.S. Congressman, where she drafted policy memos based on Capitol Hill briefings and hearings, assisted with a Financial Services Committee hearing, and conducted research on nuclear energy and nuclear medicine’s benefits in Wisconsin.
Earlier in her career, Seap interned at a Wisconsin-based firm, where she attended depositions and hearings, participated in client meetings, and helped implement a new digital filing system. She also served as a legislative intern for a Wisconsin State Senator, drafting formal citation language to recognize district leaders.
As a law student, Seap was actively involved in the Wisconsin Moot Court, the William C. Vis International Arbitration Moot, and the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
