Andrea Picco is a Miami-based, fluent Spanish-speaking litigation associate. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice, where she has experience in a broad range of subject matters.

Andrea has represented companies and individuals in domestic and international government investigations, government enforcement actions, and related litigation. Andrea also represents clients in internal investigations, focusing on enforcement proceedings by the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission involving the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Andrea has also litigated cases on behalf of clients across a wide variety of industries, including medical technology companies, insurance companies, international manufacturers and retailers, and financial and healthcare institutions, among others, in both federal and state courts across the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Previously, Andrea was a summer associate with Foley, supporting various complex commercial litigation matters.
