Beth J. Felder is a partner and private equity lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on middle market mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity and debt offerings, intellectual property issues and general business planning. She is a member of the Private Equity & Venture Capital and Transactional & Securities Practices, as well as the Technology Industry Team.
Ms. Felder represents clients in all stages of growth, from start-ups to public companies. Her practice focuses on venture capital and securities transactions, particularly for high growth and emerging technology businesses in the telecommunication, internet, software, biotechnology, wireless and service areas.
