Many clients also hire Mike to assist in the negotiation and drafting of key operating contracts, and privately owned businesses utilize his services in developing and documenting ownership and governance schemes. These often include buy-sell arrangements, succession plans and integration with estate planning goals.

Michael currently serves as the Houston Office Managing Partner.
