Joe is a health care M&A attorney based in the firm’s Denver office. Joe represents clients across the health care industry in complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures and strategic affiliations. In addition to his M&A work, Joe regularly advises clients on nuanced health care regulatory issues and day-to-day governance, contracting, and operational matters.
