Foley & Lardner LLP represented Parkview Health System in its combination with UCHealth, which closed on December 1, 2023.

As part of the transaction, Parkview Medical Center and Parkview Pueblo West Hospital join UCHealth’s Colorado-based nonprofit health system. UCHealth will invest nearly $200 million over the next 10 years into Parkview and the local community, including a $5 million donation to the Parkview Foundation, and is committed to maintaining key services in the communities served by Parkview Health System. 

Founded in 1923, Parkview Health System provides health care through multiple hospitals and clinic locations for the residents of 14 counties in the State of Colorado. As a private, non-profit organization, Parkview offers two acute-care hospitals and multiple clinic locations to deliver a broad range of health care services including a verified Level III Trauma Center and exceptional, comprehensive cardiac, cancer, and orthopedic care.
