31 August 2007 Corporate Secretary News

Mr. Quick was quoted in the August 2007 issue of Corporate Secretary in an article on current concerns in board of directors elections, including empty voting and over-voting. Mr. Quick comments on how over-voting can be related to unallocated share loans, which can lead to over-distribution of proxy materials and, ultimately, votes having to be cut back in some manner.
