Foley Partner Patrick Quick was quoted in an article titled “Companies Brace for Slew of New Disclosures” in the December 22, 2009 issue of Compliance Week. Quick discusses the new disclosures approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission, stating that the final language in the disclosures is good news since it should mean that they will apply to a very few companies.
