Quick discusses the Securities and Exchange Commission’s updated Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations, stating that the rules highlight some key subjects which are likely to appear during the upcoming proxy season. He adds that some companies not in the financial services industry are holding back from disclosing their pay practices in part to see what new rules unfold.
