Partner Joe Jacquot is quoted in a Bloomberg News article, “Mick Mulvaney faces Sen. Elizabeth Warren grilling over new tone at CFPB,” about acting director Mick Mulvaney’s efforts to overhaul the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Jacquot pointed out that state attorneys general can enforce the CFPB’s rules. “There is certainly a segment of AG’s who are concerned about a pullback in enforcement at the CFPB,” he said.
