Foley & Lardner LLP is highlighted in legal press for its representation of DCG One, the Seattle-based marking services organization, in its acquisition of Corporate Communications Group (CCG), an integrated commercial print and direct marketing company.
The Foley deal team was led by Partner Chris Converse and included Partners Gregg Dooge and Jonathan Witt and Associates Kristin Fanto and Arthur Vorbrodt.
