Overview

Clyde Tinnen is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing transactions. He is a member of the firm’s national Transactions Practice.

Clyde’s experience includes representing public and private corporations, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Clyde represents companies in a myriad of industries including manufacturing, metals and mining, specialty chemical, nanotechnology, in addition to large retailers, lenders and private equity firms. He also advises clients on general corporate governance and securities law disclosure matters.

Before joining Foley & Lardner LLP, Clyde was a partner at two other large international law firms. Prior to working as a lawyer, Clyde was a senior financial analyst for two public corporations.
