Overview

Clay Weinstein is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. He is a member of the firm’s Transactional & Securities Practice.

Mr. Weinstein was a summer associate with Foley’s Tampa office in 2016, where he provided support with M&A and corporate finance transactions for large public and private business entities. Prior to joining Foley, he interned for U.S. District Court Judge Mark E. Walker, Northern District of Florida.

Education

Mr. Weinstein earned his law degree from the University of Florida - Levin College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2017), where he was an articles editor of the Florida Law Review and served as an elections commissioner for the University of Florida student government.

Mr. Weinstein earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida (B.A. cum laude, 2013), where he majored in political science and minored in philosophy & classical studies.
