Jon Gabriel is a seasoned corporate lawyer providing pragmatic, business-oriented advice to public and private companies and private equity and venture investors in a wide range of industries. He is a partner in the firm’s Transactions Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing and Health Care & Life Sciences Sectors.
Jon focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions and venture and growth equity financings. He also advises growth companies, from start-up through exit, on formation, financing, strategic transactions, cross-border, equity and executive compensation arrangements, corporate governance, and other matters.
