Foley attorneys Sven Riethmueller and David Rikkers will be co-speaking at the Intellectual Property Rights Master Class being held on June 28-29 on the case study entitled “IP and Exits.” Their presentation will focus on a cross-border exit involving a European portfolio company and U.S. buyer.
The aim of this master class is to equip participants with an understanding of the regulatory and financing environments in Europe with regards to the protection of intellectual property rights. The European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA) represents the European private equity sector and promotes the asset class both within Europe and throughout the world.
