Foley & Lardner LLP is highlighted in legal press for its representation of Knox-Precision Holdings, LLC, a holding company of private equity firm Knox Capital, in its acquisition of Lenders Title Group (LTG), the title services business of First Horizon Corporation.
The Foley deal team was led by Partners Chris Converse and Dovi Adlerstein, Of Counsel Cynthia Harkness, Special Counsel Thomas Fritsch, and Associate Andrew Del Real.
