Andrew Del Real is an associate in the Business Law Department at Foley & Lardner LLP. He is based in the Chicago office where he is a member of the Transactions Practice Group.

Andrew’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, securities laws, general corporate law, and corporate governance matters. The clients he works with span an array of industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, technology, and services.

During law school, Andrew was a summer associate at Foley, where he drafted disclosure schedules and gained experience leading due diligence efforts and providing guidance on governance and compliance matters. Andrew also examined issues at the intersection of business and law as a student research assistant for the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.
