Foley Partner Kenneth Winer was quoted in an article that appeared on The National Law Journal on October 20, 2009 titled “New Enforcement Chief Aims to Restore Confidence in SEC.” Winer discusses SEC Enforcement Chief Robert Khuzami’s plans to launch five new specialized units within the SEC.
