Flowers & Co., LLC (“J.C. Flowers”), a leading private investment firm dedicated to investing globally in the financial services industry.
The investment will support TRICOR’s growth acceleration strategy, which is focused on organic growth and strategic acquisitions. TRICOR was established in 1945, has more than 40,000 clients across Wisconsin, Iowa and the Midwest, and is considered a Top 100 Independent Insurance Agency by Business Insurance. Through J.C. Flowers’ investment, TRICOR plans to expand operations throughout the Midwest. J.C. Flowers has a strong track record of successful investments in the insurance industry.
