Foley Miami Attorneys Named Top Lawyers in South Florida

Foley announced today that three Miami office attorneys have been named “Top Lawyers in South Florida” in the 2009 South Florida Legal Guide. Additionally, three Miami attorneys have been named “Top Up and Comers” in the comprehensive guide.

The three Miami attorneys named “Top Lawyers in South Florida” and their primary practices, as classified by the South Florida Legal Guide, are:

• William E. Davis, Civil Litigation, Franchise Litigation;
• Guillermo J. Fernández-Quincoces, Taxation, Estate Planning; and
• Mark J. Neuberger, Labor and Employment (Management).

The three Miami attorneys named “Top Up and Comers” and their primary practices, as classified by the South Florida Legal Guide, are:

• Roy J. Barquet, Immigration, Labor & Employment;
• Laura Ganoza, Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property; and
• Darin I. Zenov, Estate and Trust Administration, Tax.

To compile its annual list, the South Florida Legal Guide began with a mailing to a selection of attorneys in South Florida asking whom they would recommend to a friend or family member in a variety of fields or areas of practice. The publication then took an initial list of approximately 1,200 attorneys who were mentioned most frequently and narrowed it down to the top attorneys in each area of practice. In order to determine its annual list of “Top Up and Comers,” the South Florida Legal Guide asked this year’s Top Lawyers in South Florida to name attorneys under 40 whom they believe will one day be in the top tier.
