Eugenia (Jenny) Y. Wang is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice and the firm’s Supply Chain Industry Team. Jenny's areas of focus include counseling businesses on general corporate and commercial matters including commercial contracts, dealer arrangements, supply chain contracts, marketing and promotion agreements and logistics and transportation contracts.
Jenny has previous experience in civil litigation as well as the defense of employers and insurers in administrative law cases with an emphasis on workers' compensation law. While in law school, Jenny served as a legal intern for the former Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson on the Wisconsin Supreme Court and for the Department of Corrections in Madison, Wisconsin.
Jenny is a United States Navy veteran. She was stationed in Monterey, California and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii for six years as a Chinese linguist.
